Pressed Sets Q&A

How do I get the best hold?

Prep is everything. Trim and lightly file and buff your natural nails, push back cuticles and wipe with the alcohol pad before applying the adhesive tabs or glue. Press firmly for 10 - 15 seconds for maximum hold.

How long can I wear them for?

With proper application, using the adhesive tabs they can last up to 1 week and using the glue they can last up to 3 weeks. Wear time depends on how well you prep and your daily routine.

Can I remove them without damaging my nails?

Yes. Gently soak in warm soapy water with a little bit of oil (coconut or olive oil etc). Lift from the sides using the wooden stick. Never force or rip them off.

Can I wear them again?

Absolutely! Remove from your nail carefully, clean off glue residue and store them to reuse later.

Are they suitable for short nails?

Yes. We actually recommend trimming your natural nails so the press ons sit flatter and last longer.
